If your Igloo product fails due to defects in material or workmanship and is within the warranty period, submit a claim using our online form.

Purchased at a retailer and still within their return window? Please return it to the retailer first. If outside their window but within Igloo’s warranty period, use the form below. Do not send your product back until instructed by an Igloo representative.
